♬King of kings

"King of kings"

정말 오랜만이다. 인생곡이라고 할 만큼 아름다운 곡이 선교축제가 시작될 때 내 귓가에 울려퍼졌다.

개인적으로 가사며 가사, 멜로디면 멜로디. 어느 것 하나만 꽃혀도 반복해서 듣곤 하는데,

이 찬양은 (개인적인 관점에서)2가지면에서 너무나 아름답다고 생각된다.

위 사진은 Hillsong worthip의 콘서트에서 함께 하는 성도들의 모습이다.

뮤직비디오 식으로 나온 위 영상을 볼 때 마다 느끼는 것은

복음이 복음으로 선포되어 질 때, 그 위엄은 너무나도 압도적이라는 것이다.

그래서 그런지 언제, 어느 순간에 이 영상을 봐도

내 마음은 나도 모르는 사이에 감동의 물결로 적셔지기 시작한다.

과연 이렇게 복음의 본질을 정확하게 꼽는 찬양이 있단 말인가?

아마 사진에서 보여지는 성도들의 모습과 고백 또한 나와 비슷하지 않을까 싶다.

한 성령 안에서 함께 고백하고 있으니 말이다.

바라기는 더 많은 사람들이 내가 누린, 그리고 저들이 누린 감동을 함께 누렸으면 좋겠다.

아니, 이 시대 진정 모든 그리스도인들이 함께 누렸으면 좋겠다.

함께 하나님의 나라를 누렸으면 좋겠다.

그리고 함께 고백했으면 좋겠다.

이 시대 진정 왕 중의 왕은 다른 그 무엇이 아니라,

오직 우리 주 예수 그리스도라는 사실을 말이다.
